Because we manufacture everything in our own Florida facility, we get to make those choices ourselves instead of leaving them to an overseas supplier. We don't just use recycled plastic — we recycle the plastic byproducts from our own production. We design badges people keep instead of throw away, we offer natural wood and bamboo for customers who'd rather skip plastic altogether, and we've even ground up our customers' old badges and turned them into new ones.

We don't just buy recycled plastic — we recycle it. Whenever possible, the offcuts, trim and scrap from our production are collected and recycled, and we use recycled-content stock wherever it holds up to engraving and everyday wear.

We offer a whole range of reusable badges — from print-at-home insert systems like our Fusion Badge to formats built to be updated, refreshed and worn for years. New hire, new role, new event — same badge, fresh name.
Wood and bamboo are among the most sustainable badge materials there are — renewable, plastic-free and laser-engraved in-house. Bamboo regrows in just a few years.
We've taken back retired customer badges, ground them down and turned that material into brand-new badges. Your old name tags don't have to end up in a landfill. We can do the same with yours!
