Shipping Claims:   Our responsibility for the shipment of merchandise ends when the carrier accepts the products. All claims for damage or shortages must be made directly with the carrier, within seven (7) days after your receipt of the merchandise, after which, the merchandise will be deemed accepted. Claims made after this time period will not be honored. All shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt of, and prior to any use of, the merchandise. The filing of such a claim in no way alters the terms of payment due.
Returns of Custom Items:  

Due to their unique nature, we are unable to accept returns of customized products, unless, a defect in manufacturing is present as reasonably determined by us. Please make sure that you approve the online proof and check material specifications.

Product sizing will be within 1/16" of the specified size and imprint placement will be within 1/16" of the location specified on the design proof. Any other discrepencies will be handled on a case by case basis.

Please expect reasonable tolerances in customized products of this nature.

Delivery and Shipping:   We begin processing all orders the day that you finish your design. Most orders are shipped in one (1) business day (Monday - Friday). Once processed, orders will be sent using either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. The choice of carrier is at the discretion of Best Name Badges. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order. Some orders may take longer than 1 business day to process, if you are concerned about delivery times, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Your Information:   We will NEVER sell your information or provide your personal information to any 3rd party. However, we do often send out promotions via email and will use your email address for this reason. If you do not wish to receive these promotional emails, it's easy to unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of a promotional email, or just let us know and we'll remove you from the list. We may also send promotional "snail mail" or call you on the number provided for sales purposes.
Copyright / Trademarked:   By using our service, you have ensured that your content is yours to use. You ensure that yours and our use of content you supply does not infringe anyone’s copyright; in particular, you must ensure that you either own the copyright in an Image that you upload to or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to upload the Image and to make any subsequent use of it (such as by including the Image in a Product) or in email and postal communications we send to you);
Greek Trademarks:   We are not licensed to produce Greek (Fraternity/Sorority) products that are actively managed by Affinity Consultants. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the right to use your images. You agree that you will not submit any artwork that could infringe on the trademark/copyrights of any organization managed by Affinity Consultants.
Order Minimums:   To make it easy to order from us, there is no minimum order value or quantity for most items. Some items may require a minimum purchase. However, orders are subject to a setup charge.
Refunds:   We will work to provide the best product and services possible and accomodate special requests and fix issues that may arrise. We reserve the right to replace defective items without providing a monetary refund or credit. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Best Name Badges.
